As a result, Alphonsa supports open door communication and encourages you to attempt to resolve concerns, problems or issues that involve the work environment by holding frank discussions with your immediate supervisors or other senior managers. You also may reach out for guidance to a representative of the Human Resources department.
Reporting a concern
If you would prefer to make a report to Alphonsa Cashew Industries online, you are encouraged to do so. The Integrity Helpline, which is operated at the highest level of management, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and offers services in 4 languages, including the languages spoken in each state in which Alphonsa has its processing facilities.
You can even choose to make your report anonymously though providing your name may expedite the time it takes to review the issue and respond to your concern. Confidentiality will only be waived with the express consent of the reporter. We encourage anyone making an allegation to provide as much information and evidence as possible. This is particularly important in the case of anonymous reports, as much specific information as possible is needed to enable the company to independently assess and corroborate the facts reported.
